# libmcp Note

The original extraction plan for the shared MCP spine has been promoted into
the canonical `libmcp` spec.

Current source of truth:

- the canonical `libmcp` repository (`https://git.swarm.moe/libmcp.git`), in
  `docs/spec.md`

The `$mcp-bootstrap` skill is also now canonically owned by `libmcp` and should
be installed from that repository rather than maintained independently here.
